Restore comments of blocked or hidden users in Youtube Video Comments

Step 1
Click on your Youtube channel icon as shown in screenshot with red color borders.

Then click on Youtube Studio Option from the drop down menu as shown below-

After getting into Youtube Studio, find setting button as shown below and click on it.

After that you need to go to Community Tab as given below.
Step 5
Thereafter your will find Hidden Users list as shown in screenshot. Remove the user of your desire and SAVE your settings.
Hence you will be able to remove anyone from your hidden or block list and therefore you can allow that particular user to comment on your future video. Though your previous comments will not be restored. I would feel sorry for you for that.
