First of all please ensure that you have got your correct and working mobile number updated on your PGI card.
First of all you need to go to following address for downloading online reports
Official Website Homepage>>Footer Section>>Patient Head>>Lab Reports
Then follow the below given steps to download your test reports.
Enter your CR number that is given on your patient card (For example : 2024XXXX1234) and then you will receive aN OTP on your registered mobile number.
Just enter that OTP and proceed further.
You will see all the reports and their applicable download links next to their names.
You can download those online reports and can open with the help of PDF viewer on your mobile phone itself.
You will find the online reports only for the lab tests which were conducted in last 30 days.
