PGI Recruitment for Project coordinator, DEO-cum-Programmer, Administrative Assistant, Field Supervisor, Lab Technician, Office Assistant 2024
The Department of Community Medicine and School of Public Health, PGIMER Chandigarh has proposed to fill up the following posts for the project entitled state wide NCD risk factor steps survey Haryana for a period of 1 year expendable to 18 months. Further details are given below:
1. Project coordinator
or
MD community medicine with field experience.
Desirable: experience in conducting large field surveys
Publications in reputed journals
1. Overall project coordination and management of human resources and supervision of project related activities.
2. Preparation of tools, manual and trainings
3. Implementation monitoring and supervision of the project
4. Ensuring data collection quality
5. Reports presentations and manuscript for the project
2. Name of post- Data manager and analyst
Essential: MSc in statistics MPH with two years experience with proven record of analysing large survey data
Desirable: PhD in stats will be preferred
Overall management of data from the field
Data cleaning and analysis with weights calculation
Digital literacy and use of software for data analysis
Coordination of data collected from field and field supervisors
3. Name of post- DEO cum programmer
Essential: Bachelors degree in computer programming or in a related field.
Experience in developing mobile based application
Software and application for data collection
Operationalisation of the app
Maintenance and trouble shooting of the issues in the app
4. Name of post- Administrative Assistant
Bachelors degree in BA/BSc/BCom in any discipline
Diploma of computer application
With 5 year experience of administration/ finance and accounts work
Overall coordination and management of all finances and administration related aspects of project
Liaise with the finance Department at pgimer for fund management and disbursement
Processing of cases of purchase
5. Name of post - Field Supervisor
Masters in sociology social work mph with 2 years experience in community based survey
Preference will be given to resident of Haryana with proficiency in Hindi and local language
Planning of day to day field activities of field investigators
Monitor the performance of the interviewers and provide assistance and feedback
6. Name of post- Lab Technician
BSc MLT with two years experience in medical labs of repute
Job responsibilities:
Transfer of samples from the field
Sample processing and its reporting
7. Name of post- Office Assistant
Bachelor degree in commerce
Knowledge of tally
Experience in handling accounts
Maintaining all files and books of accounts
Prepare financial report for auditing
Written test maybe conducted in case of large number of applications received for any post
Preference will be given to resident of Haryana with proficiency in Hindi and local language
